Terms and Condition
Products and Pricing:
All products displayed on Wowgifft are subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Wowgifft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at its discretion. In the event of incorrect pricing or product information due to typographical or technical errors, Wowgifft reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, if applicable.
Product specifications such as size, weight, color, design, and finish are approximate. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, manufacturing processes, or the handmade nature of certain products.
Wowgifft also operates as a wholesale and reseller-support platform. Policies for bulk or wholesale orders may vary and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Orders and Acceptance of Orders:
Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed only after acceptance by Wowgifft.
Since many of our customized gifts are handmade, slight variations from the images shown on the website may occur. These variations are natural and are not considered defects.
In rare cases where a selected item is unavailable due to regional or temporary stock issues, Wowgifft may substitute the product with an item of equal or higher value, without affecting the overall theme or purpose of the order.
During festive or high-demand seasons, if the selected product becomes unavailable, customers will be informed with an alternative option. If no response is received within 24 hours, Wowgifft will proceed with the best available substitute to ensure timely delivery.
Order Modification/Cancellation Policy:
Same-day orders are processed immediately and cannot usually be modified or canceled.
For modification or cancellation requests, customers must contact us at

- Requests made before order preparation or dispatch will be reviewed and accommodated where possible.
- For all other orders, modification or cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Once an order is marked as "In Process" or "Dispatched", it cannot be modified or canceled under any circumstances.
Applicable charges may apply depending on the order status.
Delivery and Order Policy:
After placing an order, customers will receive an Order Confirmation via email and SMS containing order details and order number.

Once the order is delivered, a Delivery Confirmation email and SMS will be sent.
Fix Time Deliveries
Wowgifft delivers customized products such as T-shirts, mugs, water bottles, and other gift items within standard delivery timelines.
- Same-day and fixed-time orders must be placed before 6:00 PM (Monday-Sunday).
- Delivery timelines depend on product availability and delivery location.
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For perishable or fragile items, delivery is attempted only once.
An order will be considered successfully executed if delivery fails due to:
- Recipient unavailability
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Premises being locked
- Refusal to accept delivery
Proof of delivery will be provided in case of disputes.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a damaged or defective product is received, customers must notify Wowgifft within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, Wowgifft will either replace the product or initiate a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
