Refund & Return Policy
At WowGifft, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged Product Refunds
Refunds or replacements are available only for products that are received in a damaged condition.
To claim a refund or replacement:
* You must record a complete 360-degree unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
* The video must clearly show the package condition, shipping label, and damaged product.
* Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Product Not Dispatched
If your order is not dispatched within 7 days after successful payment, you are eligible to request a full refund.
3. Wrong or Mismatched Product
If you receive a product that is different from the item ordered, you may request a refund or replacement.
Proof of the mismatch, including photos and/or an unboxing video, may be required for verification.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 7 working days and credited through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
* Change of mind after purchase.
* Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
* Claims submitted without the required unboxing video for damaged products.
* Minor color or design variations due to screen display differences.
