Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and Government Holidays.

• During peak seasons, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be slightly delayed.

Delivery Coverage

• We ship products across South India and North India.

• For South India, orders are generally shipped through ST Courier and other reliable courier partners.

• For North India and other long-distance locations, orders are generally shipped through Delhivery and other available courier partners, depending on serviceability.

• The courier partner will be selected based on the delivery location, parcel weight, dimensions, and service availability.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are additional and are not included in the product price, unless otherwise specifically mentioned.

• For South India, estimated courier charges generally range from ₹50 to ₹70 per kg, depending on the location and parcel dimensions.

• For North India and other long-distance locations, courier charges generally start from approximately ₹120 per kg.

• Courier charges are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is applicable.

• The parcel's weight, length, width, height, dimensions, and delivery location will determine the final shipping charge.

• Therefore, the exact courier charge can be calculated only after the order is packed and ready for dispatch.

• Our team will inform the customer of the applicable courier charge before dispatch.

• For bulk orders, products may be packed in multiple boxes and shipping charges will be calculated accordingly.

Important: All per-kg shipping charges mentioned above are approximate starting rates and are not fixed rates. Final courier charges depend on the packed parcel and courier partner.

Shipping Origin

All products are dispatched from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Within Tamil Nadu: Normally 24 to 72 hours after dispatch.

• North India & Other States: Normally 3 to 8 working days after dispatch.

• These delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner, Nayagi Gift cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or time.

• Delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Nayagi Gift.

• Customers will receive tracking/shipment details after dispatch and can use them to follow the delivery status.

Customer Address & Contact Responsibility

Before placing your order, please make sure that:

• Your full delivery address is complete and correct.

• Your PIN code is correct.

• Your mobile/WhatsApp number is active and reachable.

• The customer or recipient should be available to answer calls from the courier delivery person.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect PIN code, unreachable or switched-off phone number, failure to answer courier calls, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, Nayagi Gift will not be responsible for the failed delivery.

If the parcel is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer before the parcel can be dispatched again.
